Round Table Talks about food and drink in Skåne

On Wednesday, January 21, Navet Analytics held another edition of our Round Table Talks For Better Business – this time with the theme: Food & Drink in Skåne – trend engine, identity and competitiveness.

We started the morning by sharing some highlights from our latest AI-driven trend analysis about food & drink in Skåne – insights based on how the conversations actually look right now: what is growing, what is changing and what drivers are shaping future behavior.

It was a morning of high engagement, generous perspectives and conversations that really took off. So much so that we didn’t actually have time to finish – and that’s probably the best grade a round table discussion can get.

Many thanks to everyone who participated and contributed with experiences, reflections and curiosity. An extra thank you to Maria Paulsson CEO Grand Hotel Lund / Hotel Lundia and Max Granström CEO Visit Skåne who generously shared their perspectives and experiences – and to Dennis Axnér who confidently moderated the conversations.

We bring with us many insights into how food and drink are not only a source of nutrition, but also a cultural force, a carrier of identity and a strategic competitive factor for the region.
